ik-on provides window and door installation services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include:

• Window installation and replacement
• Door installation and replacement
• Energy-efficient solutions
• Custom fitting and design consultation
• Maintenance and repair services
• Free estimates and consultations

All services are subject to availability and technical feasibility. We reserve the right to decline requests outside our service capabilities or area.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for quotes and services
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of any account credentials
• Ensure safe and accessible working conditions for our teams
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon
• Notify us immediately of any safety concerns or issues

You are responsible for ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before work begins.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices quoted are estimates and subject to change based on final project specifications. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment Schedule:

• 50% deposit upon contract signing
• 30% upon material delivery
• 20% final payment upon completion

Additional Costs:

• Permit fees (if applicable)
• Additional materials for custom modifications
• Emergency service charges outside business hours

Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge after 30 days. Work may be suspended for accounts over 60 days overdue.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide comprehensive warranties on our work and products:

Workmanship Warranty:

2 years coverage on all installation work, including labor and installation defects.

Product Warranty:

Manufacturer warranties ranging from 5-25 years depending on the specific product and manufacturer.

Note: Warranties do not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or modifications made by others.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including:

• Contact information for communication and scheduling
• Property details necessary for accurate service delivery
• Payment information processed through secure channels
• Basic website usage data to improve our services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of ik-on and protected by copyright laws.

You may view and download content for personal use only, provided you keep all copyright notices intact and do not modify, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Termination and Cancellation

Customer Cancellation:

• Before work begins: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• After materials ordered: Refund minus material costs and restocking fees
• During installation: Payment required for work completed

Company Termination Rights:

We may terminate service for non-payment, unsafe working conditions, violation of terms, or circumstances beyond our control preventing completion.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes should first be addressed through direct communication with our customer service team.

If direct resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, legal proceedings in the courts of Wrocław, Poland.
